Charlsie thought long and hard before jumping into real estate. She was busy working in her IT career, managing her home with husband Dave, and raising a teenage daughter and son.  But she always had that spark, that yearning to give real estate a try.  As the kids grew older and her daughter left for college, she decided the time was right.  That was 1999…

Educating and caring for clients in the purchase and/or sale of real estate comes naturally to Charlsie and she does so with personal expertise. Charlsie is a Collin County native and was born and raised on a farm in the Blue Ridge area.  She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business from Texas A&M-Commerce.  After graduating from college, Charlsie dove into the IT world in Fortune 500 companies in the Dallas area.  Having never moved from Collin County, her career has taken her to travels all over the world.  Later in her career, Charlsie earned a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

Charlsie has lived in the Princeton area her entire adult life. During that time, she served on the local school district Board of Trustees. With that experience, comes a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in Collin County.  Charlsie’s clients have the advantage of a knowledgeable professional, not only in the buying and selling of their home, but someone who combines her expertise with knowledge of the County, excellent listening skills, and attention to detail. Her goal is to make the buying and/or selling process for her clients a seamless, enjoyable and effortless experience.   Regardless of where you move from or move to, one thing remains the same…buying and selling real estate is a complex process.  And that complexity requires the caring and attentive assistance of a real estate agent / brokerage, like Charlsie, who assists you every step of the way.
